The contrasts and similarities of growth and decay are the main themes of my current work. The imagery for the MCBA project resulted from observations of deteriorating and tangled plant matter and the understated facial expression of a friend. The long continuous format of the book relates to large-scale murals that I have been working on during the last couple of years.
