Explore one of the first photographic processes -- the cyanotype! The cyanotype produces beautiful blue images and doesn’t require a darkroom or enlarger, just sunlight and water. Learn how to make digital photo-negatives, coat various papers for printing, and use the sun and UV exposure unit to expose images. Explore toner baths that will completely change the coloration of the blue prints in amazing ways. Participants will take home their new collection of cyanotypes and information to continue to build their skills in the process.
