In this friendly introduction to relief printing, you will carve your own stamp and create a repeating pattern on paper. This technique is perfect for creating festive handmade gift wrap and many other uses. Participants will finish with wrapping paper and their own stamps for future printing and experimenting.

What you’ll need to participate
Tech requirements: For this participatory virtual workshop we recommend joining on a laptop or desktop computer with a camera and microphone, if possible. You will receive step-by-step instructions for downloading Zoom (it’s free!) and accessing the workshop online approximately 2 days before the workshop’s start date.
Materials: The materials fee covers the cost of a materials kit which will be shipped to the address provided at registration within the week before the workshop by the teaching artist.
