with Amanda D’Amico
Thursday, July 23; 6-9pm CDT
A simple, single sheet of paper contains infinite possibilities, and in this workshop we will learn a variety of structures created by simply folding and cutting.
While some structures mimic and are informed by the traditional codex, others contain the potential to become sculptural objects. In this virtual workshop, we will begin with simple foundational structures and move into alterations and modifications. By the end of the workshop students will have a variety of basic Single Sheet Book models and the knowledge to experiment with new structures of their own.
