Minnesota Center for Book Arts is unique in its diversity. No place is this more evident than in the artwork of its nineteen studio artists who make up the MCBA Artist Cooperative. The studios at MCBA provide working space to artists in all stages of their career, from emergent college graduate to established professional, each with their own individual vision. Their common trait is the love of book arts, paper arts and printmaking. Works on display range from bookbinding, papermaking and paper casting to calligraphy, letterpress printing, relief printing, and monotype techniques.
