Origami Fireworks Modular

with Kathleen Sheridan
Wednesdays: June 2, 9; 6–9pm CT

Learn how to make two celebratory origami fireworks! Origami modulars are made up of several pieces folded in the same way and put together like puzzle pieces, all connected without glue. These firework modulars can be manipulated endlessly. With each rotation, you will see a different view of the connections of the units.

It’s mesmerizing to play with! Modulars are addicting to fold, satisfying to assemble, and a delight to the eyes. In this virtual workshop, learn how to fold and assemble two unique modular fireworks and leave with the knowledge to make more.

Kathleen Sheridan (she/her) is a former Spanish teacher who turned her passion (since fourth grade!) into a business. She actively learns the latest models created by attending national and international origami conventions. Kathleen is the host of Origami Connect, a program that provides live, monthly, online origami sessions. She serves on the Board of Directors for OrigamiUSA. To learn more click here.
