Our volunteers are a team of devoted book arts lovers who want to deepen their connection to our center. As a volunteer you’ll gain hands-on experience and access to a diverse array of opportunities and connections. Over the course of a calendar year MCBA hosts several in-house events and participates in a number of off-site events. After 15 hours of volunteering, you become eligible to receive individual membership benefits! Volunteers can sign up for the individual events they want to support in advance and may also opt into receiving updates regarding other volunteer opportunities at MCBA. Volunteers can accrue no more than six volunteer hours per week. 

Volunteers who reach a total of 120 hours of service are eligible to receive one MCBA workshop gift certificate. (Exceptions apply; applicable to workshops six hours and under.)
