Since 2009, the MCBA Prize has honored excellence in new work from across the dynamic spectrum of book art. This year, esteemed juror Megan N. Liberty selected 19 semi-finalists and five finalists from 154 entries hailing from across the US and beyond. Viewable *in person* in our Main Gallery from August 11–October 15, these works are also accessible on our prize site and selected artworks are available for purchase in our Shop. A live virtual event revealing the winner will take place on Friday, September 23 at 6pm CT. One winner will receive a $2,000 cash prize and four finalists will each receive a $500 cash prize.
