Covid-19 Updates

Minnesota Center for Book Arts’ studios, galleries, and Shop are closed for in-person workshops, exhibitions, and shopping due to Covid-19. Your health, and our community’s well-being, is our number one priority. We are following guidelines issued by Governor Walz and best practices shared by the CDC and other health officials, and will update this page with our plan and timeline for safely reopening when conditions allow.

While our physical doors are temporarily closed, there are many ways to nurture your creative spirit, including a variety of virtual workshops for adults and families, our new online Shop, virtual exhibitions, online artist talks, Q&As, and more! Check the “Upcoming Events & Exhibitions” page on our website and make sure to follow MCBA on Facebook & Instagram to explore new offerings. Are you a teaching artist? Contact us with your virtual workshop proposal!
